Boccia coach awarded role with AIS coach program
We are pleased to annouce that Bruna Accurso, Boccia Australia Talent Development Coach (QLD) has been successful in securring a spot on the 2025/2026 AIS National Generation 2032 Coach Program.
The AIS National Generation 2032 Coach Program is an intensive coach development program for aspiring pathway and early career high performance coaches.
The program aims to increase the number and diversity of Australian high performance career coaches who can contribute positively to future Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games.

Reminder: Changes to the community coaching essential skills course
As of April 2025, the updated version of the Community Coaching Essential Skills course will go live to all learners.
What will change
- You will have the option to complete the modules in any order and as many as you wish (or are required as per NSO/NSOD requirements).
- The Safeguarding module in the Community Coaching Essential Skills course will be removed. All safeguarding content will be completed via Sport Integrity Australia’s Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Induction course.
- You will have access to reflective workbooks that align with each of the 7 essential skills module topics.
- You will gain an award upon successful completion of each module and a certificate when you have completed all 7 modules.
