Please notice below about classification

All athletes with a physical disability will require at least a provisional classification to participate in the 2022 Queensland State Boccia Titles. The form for provisional classification is available at Provisional Classification and Medical Diagnostics Form

Classification will be held the day before the competition and during the first day for non-classified athletes, and athletes requiring reclassification or review.

If a player is classified into a different classification than they were originally entered in, then they will continue in that class. However, they will not be able to progress out of that class into the semi-finals or finals. For example, if a player enters as a BC3 and is classified as a BC1, then they will continue to play in the BC3 pools. However, they will not continue into the semi-finals or finals of the BC3 class.
